100 - 120 bar (1400 - 1700 psi)

Our fogging systems are designed to operate at pressures between 100 - 120 bar. As the water sprayed from special fogging nozzles is spread to the atmosphere in the form of billions of 5 - 15 micron particles by the help of the air formed in our cassette type systems, it evaporates in 1 - 2 meters and disappears.

Entirely Stainless Steel Material

Stainless steel pipes and fittings that can withstand pressures of 100 bars and more are used in our fogging network. Each of the main line and fogging line pipes, nozzles, fittings, nozzle bodies are stainless. Press fittings are used in our cold storage systems. Press fittings made of 316 Stainless steel material eliminate the possibility of separation at fittings of the pipe network during extreme cold-hot fluctuations besides enabling safe and long lasting connections.

Cold Storage Cassette Type Systems

Our cold storage cassette type systems ensures the moisture obtained by the technique developed by our engineers to be spread in the cold storage with the help of plenty of air. Freezing of the water circulated in the stainless steel pipes is prevented by means of special resistance cables. 3 types of our cassette type systems are available, namely with 2, 3 and 4 fans.

Main units are composed of 3 sections:

  1. Pump unit
  2. Filter and water group
  3. Electric Panel.

Main units are designed and manufactured according to the fogging capacity determined based on the project. Depending on the size of the project, choice of capacity from 1.3 l to 135 l is possible.

Cold Storage Automation Systems

In cold storages with many rooms, maintaining different moisture values for each room is possible with our cold storage automation system. Moisture obtained from a single unit is distributed to the rooms via the control panel at the entrance of the rooms and the high pressure solenoid valves connected to it in order to establish desired moisture values. Moistening automation starts based on the inputs from the moisture sensors in the rooms.
